Recently, a small
number of undesirable forged my company's products, sold a large number of
substandard products in low prices, it seriously disrupts the business market,
damages our company's reputation, the differences of my company's products and
forged products are as follows :
1.
Different labels, although the counterfeiters follow our sticks, but their
label has no white border on the top, we have a complete white border around
the regular product label, and the label color in the blue part is obviously
not the same as ours.
2. Our product
certification never uses on the trademark registration pattern; we use a circle
which inside is the printed RA. Each certificate is covered with a red examiner
number and date of manufacture, but the counterfeiters use our company
trademark registration pattern in the certificate. There is no red examiner
number and date of manufacture.
3. Our
company’s products for Vietnam market all use brass pressure gauge, but the
counterfeiters usie white pressure gauge.
4. Our
fire extinguisher cylinders are all internal welding process, no accumulation
of external weld, but the counterfeiter’s fire extinguisher cylinders are
external welding process, and their fire extinguishers have significant
accumulation weld on the bottle.
5. Our
fire extinguisher cylinders are all with special bottom circle pattern and
forged fire extinguisher cylinders are without bottom circles.
6 In summary, the fake and
counterfeit products and the formal products produced by our company has a
significant difference. We here advise
all my colleagues and customers in fire protection profession. Please strictly
distinguish the true or false of the product, have common resistance and
supervision of lawless elements of the offense. Please report to our company
timely if you find some people continue to act absurdly, we will take action
according to law, through legal means to investigate their violations and
reward those who report.

近期有少數(shù)不法份子,偽造仿冒我公司產(chǎn)品,將大量不合格的低劣產(chǎn)品低價(jià)拋售,嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂了經(jīng)營(yíng)市場(chǎng),損害了我公司的聲譽(yù),就此現(xiàn)將我公司產(chǎn)品與偽造產(chǎn)品的區(qū)別作如下告知:
1.商標(biāo)不同,盡管偽造者仿照我們的商標(biāo),但其商標(biāo)上方無(wú)白邊,我們正規(guī)產(chǎn)品商標(biāo)周圍有完整的白邊,并且商標(biāo)中藍(lán)色部分明顯顏色與我們的不相同.
2.我們產(chǎn)品合格證上從來(lái)不使用商標(biāo)注冊(cè)圖案,而是園圈內(nèi)印RA.每張合格證上都蓋有紅色檢驗(yàn)員號(hào)和出廠日期,而偽造者在合格證上印上了我公司的商標(biāo)注冊(cè)圖案.并沒(méi)有紅色檢驗(yàn)員號(hào)和出廠日期.
3.我公司在越南的所有產(chǎn)品都使用的銅皮壓力表,有偽造者使用了白皮壓力表.
4.我公司生產(chǎn)的滅火器筒體全部采用內(nèi)焊工藝,外部無(wú)堆積焊縫,但偽造者生產(chǎn)的筒體是外焊工藝,瓶體上存在明顯突出的堆積焊縫.
5.我公司生產(chǎn)的滅火器筒體全部采用底部壓帶底圈的工藝,而偽造者的滅火器筒體沒(méi)有底圈.
綜上所述,偽劣仿造產(chǎn)品與我公司生產(chǎn)的正規(guī)產(chǎn)品有著明顯的區(qū)別.敬告消防行業(yè)內(nèi)所有同仁及廣大客戶.請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格區(qū)分產(chǎn)品的真?zhèn)?共同抵制和監(jiān)督不法份子的違法行為,如發(fā)現(xiàn)有人繼續(xù)胡作非為,請(qǐng)及時(shí)向我公司舉報(bào),我們將依法采取維權(quán)行動(dòng),通過(guò)法律手段追究其違法行為.并對(duì)舉報(bào)者進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì).
